Long live the Kween!

Peony, Chamomile, Chincerincee, and Korean Maple arrangement

YAS KWEEN! It’s finally peony season! It’s what you’ve been waiting for!

As much as we’re ready to say Bye, Felicia to 2021, the uncertainty of the last couple of years has shown us that it’s more important than ever to stop and smell the flowers.

Nothing reminds you to be in the moment like the peony! Ephemeral, beautiful beyond any other flower (a big call but we stand by it), and gone in a flash. The short local season is in swing for just 3-4 weeks every year! And with beauty THAT fleeting, it’s worth stopping to appreciate it.

This week’s box is a treat, with a couple of show stopping peonies backed up by whimsical chincherinchee and itty bitty camomile. Give everything a good trim and time to rehydrate, arrange simply and enjoy!

Here’s what you’ll need.

  • Peony

  • Chamomile

  • Chincerincee

  • Korean Maple

  • clean vase and fresh water

  • sharp scissors or flower shears
