Moody Romantic – Pastel Stock Arrangement
with Stock, Geraldton wax, Eucalyptus and Corokia
It’s almost the weekend! Just a little longer until curling up with a book or movie is a perfectly acceptable way to spend a day. With that thought in mind this week’s flowers are JUST the thing to keep you company. The warm blushy lilac tones of this week’s double petalled stocks and tiny sweet wax blossoms are balanced by the coolness of the eucalyptus and wintery corokia (or Stirlingia if you’re in Sydney). We all know that a great moody romance needs a balance of hot and cold. This week’s blooms are easily gathered, trimmed and popped straight into a vase. Or use it as a bit of creative downtime and get arranging!
Here’s what you’ll need.
2-3 stems of a woody wintery botanical (stirlingia or corokia)
3-5 stems of stock and waxflowers
2 stems of eucalyptus
clean glass vase
sharp scissors or flower shears
