Expect the unexpected – Leucadendron Flower Arrangement
with Anthurium, Statice (or Emile) and Eucalyptus
How great it is when an unexpected combination surprises you, and just works? Like sea salt in chocolate. Or rough ceramics edged in gold. This week’s box is a taste of exactly that. It’s the Aussie bush meets the tropics – with gorgeously woody silvan red leucadendrons and dusty green eucalyptus, accented by an unexpected, deeply coloured anthurium. All lightened up with stems of whimsical purple statice to soften all the structure. It shouldn’t work, but it just does. Enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need.
2 stems of fluffy flowers like statice or emile
5-7 stems of leucadendrons
2 stems of eucalyptus
sharp scissors or flower shears and a clean glass vase
